New Zealand Broadtails which are collected from natures casualties and are similar to the Astrakhan or Swakara skins. 
These doubleface skins have an unusual and luxurious velvet-like swirling pattern which is exposed on the wool side once the natural curls are shorn from the skin.  A rare type of skin with only approx 10% of the annual collection suitable to be shorn down and produce this soft, lightweight doubleface leather.
Broadtails are perfect for reversable garments and also for trims.
